Vichy Catalán has been certified under the ISO 9001 quality standard since December 1996 by the highly regarded certification company Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The certificate comes up for renewal every 3 years, and each certified company is the object of an annual monitoring audit by that certifying body.
Certification this year involved adapting to the new revised version of the standard ISO 9001:2000 with all that such adaptation implies. Notable features of this new version include the special importance it attaches to customer satisfaction and to continuous improvement. |
